This online booking is provided by Bookolo system s.r.o. ( hereinafter referred to as 'Bookolo' ) on behalf of the accommodation provider (i.e. the selected hotel or other accommodation facilities). By accepting these terms and conditions and completing the booking process, Bookolo agrees to provide the customer with a booking system that will enable the accommodation to be booked as set out in these booking conditions. Bookolo agrees to allow the Customer to use this booking system, subject to the following conditions.

For the absolute avoidance of doubt, there is no reservation contract between the customer (the accommodated) and Bookolo system s.r.o., but only between the accommodation provider (hotel) and the customer (the accommodated).

1. If the customer books accommodation with the accommodation provider using this booking process, the contract that the customer enters into is always between the customer and the accommodation provider only. It is the customer's responsibility to fully acquaint themselves with the terms and conditions of the accommodation provider.

2. Upon completion of the booking process, Bookolo undertakes to immediately forward the customer's booking to the chosen accommodation provider without any delay.

3. If the reservation between the customer and the accommodation provider subsequently fails, the accommodation provider refuses or neglects to provide the customer with the reserved accommodation, Bookolo shall not be liable. By completing this booking process, the customer agrees to waive all claims against Bookolo for any loss or damage arising from the failure of the accommodation provider to provide the booked accommodation. Also, if the accommodation provided is inadequate, or any loss or damage (including costs) is incurred during the course of the accommodation, Bookolo will not be liable.

4. To properly secure a reservation with the property, the customer must provide contact information such as name, address, phone number, email, and a valid credit card number. This information is only available to the accommodation provider to secure and ensure the customer's reservation. All transmission of personal information is to be done over a secure SSL connection.

5. The customer may be asked for credit card details to secure the booking with the property. If a credit card is requested, the customer must provide valid credit card information, and the credit card provided must be in the customer's legal possession. If a deposit and reservation fee is required to secure the customer's reservation, the customer agrees to charge the deposit to the credit card. The customer is aware of these terms and conditions and agrees that this is a non-refundable fee.

6. Bookolo reserves the right to refuse to complete a customer's booking if the information provided by the customer in the booking process does not meet the mandatory requirements or is invalid.

7. The customer is obliged to pay the accommodation provider all costs and payments related to the booked accommodation as stated in the reservation, upon arrival at the accommodation facility, or after the final amount for all services provided by the accommodation provider has been calculated. If a deposit was paid at the time of booking, the customer will pay the accommodation provider the difference in accommodation costs as stated in the booking confirmation upon arrival at the accommodation. The actual cost is usually payable in the hotel's local currency as stated on the booking. The indicative alternative currency rates used for estimating costs and cost differences are always at current exchange rates and are subject to fluctuations.

8. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to inform the accommodation provider of any new or changed requirements, including changes in arrival times or cancellations. The Customer acknowledges that in the event of cancellation, a cancellation fee may be charged by the accommodation provider in the form of a charge to the Customer's credit card under the accommodation provider's terms and conditions. Details of all such cancellation charges are included in the booking process and in the email sent to the customer after the booking process has been completed.

9. If the credit card provided by the customer as a guarantee for the reservation does not have sufficient funds to complete the proposed reservation, then the reservation is void. The same applies if the credit card expires or passes its expiry date before the arrival date selected in the booking process.

10. By completing this booking, the customer authorizes the accommodation provider to charge the credit card provided for any cancellation costs as stated above.

11. Bookolo shall not be liable if the information obtained from the Customer (as supplied by the Customer and accurately and currently contained in the booking process) is altered or confused in any way by the accommodation provider.

12. The laws governing the provision of this booking system and process are those in force in the Czech Republic. Where these terms and conditions are in a language other than Czech, such translations are used for the convenience of users only and the Czech version of these terms and conditions shall prevail in law.

13. The accommodated guest has the right to submit a proposal for out-of-court settlement of such dispute to the designated body for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes, which is:

14. Under the provisions of Section 1837 (j) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, the accommodated person as a consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the accommodation contract if the accommodation facility provides the performance within the specified time.
